This just sort of popped in my head, but it made me wonder why Giving Tree cubs keep their heritage when abandoned. Lions chased out of a territory lose it, so why not cubs abandoned to the tree?

This would be nice for clean lined breeders, which I am not, especially if they're just starting off their clean line dens. It would also be nice for those of us who don't really like having the enormous list of cubs in their King's list, but also prefer not to spend the energy to nature reserve or kill them.

Just a simple suggestion! Let me know your thoughts and why you do or don't support!

Hhhhh, I feel mixed about that. Like, a LOT of cubs are tree'd. Having clean lines might become less of an achievement for clean breeders. :0
I mean, I'M not a clean breeder myself, so I could care less either way. huyiguftvjbhnk

Yeah, I did consider that, but I feel like it helps that most tree cubs are fairly potato and lacking rare markings, bases, etc? But that's certainly a thing to consider! I'd be interested to hear if clean breeders would like this change or dislike it for the reasons you stated Asher! Either way thank ya for the input! c=

I like this idea, conisdering stats are re-set they might as well wipe heritage as well. I think for clean breeders it doens't hurt their accomplishments any, It's just another method to play the game and it makes it easier. I personally didn't use to care about clean breeding but now I don't like the instances of inbreeding that shows up on heritages so I might start clean breeding. Plus in the future clean breeding will continue to be difficult because you have to make sure your lions aren't related to other clean lions.

I don't know anyone else who does this but I like to check on the cubs I've left at the tree. Usually I check their mothers to see if they've gotten a home yet!

I don't know about this. I like checking where my Cubs end up, and I get excited when I see them get named and kept...
