No Random Applicators EXCLUDING RMAsI looked around but couldn't find a thread about this, but please point me to one if it exists. So like. Random chance for marking apps you have to pay a shit ton for suck. Just let me choose my markings. I worked for them. My suggestion is that you should get to choose the marking you want regardless of what the marking applicator is. Excluding RMAs of course since randomness is the entire point of those. Edit 1: To balance people getting marks on the first use, the applicators themselves could cost more. I would much rather pay twice as much for a guarantee, than pay 4-5x+ as much buying the same random app bc it keeps failing. Suggestion from Lady Argent (#145173): "Maybe have 4 options - 1 for each mark - and then 1 that says "Random," in case you really don't have a preference?" |

100% support, but maybe have 4 options? 1 for each mark, and then 1 that says "Random," in case you really don't have a preference? That way if people still want to retain a sense of randomness, there is still a random option, but for those of us who want 1 marking out of 4 and go through dozens of apps, we don't need to waste tons and tons of event currency on it. 0 players like this post! This has been suggested a lot before, they already made a change recently to make it so you can't get the same marking in a row, which is honestly plenty of a change imo. I personally like the randomness and I think it adds a bit more value to the items. But that's just my thoughts, I get my opinion isn't the popular one. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Yes fucking please. @ that one time I used 20-ish (maybe a few more?? maybe a couple less?? it was a LOT anyway) Fiery Unders on a lion and just got the same two markings over and over again :^)) Wasn't fun considering it was when they were monthly event exclusive and 7 GB each. 0 players like this post! 100% support. I'd been discussing this with Heda. And I would be completely down for paying more for apps to keep up their value, if it meant being able to pick a marking. Spending hundreds and hundreds of event currency that could have gone into something like crunchy worms and easily been flipped for 60+ gb? Instead used on marks that were then removed? Frustrating tbh. A random option would be nice for those who enjoy the gamble bit otherwise tbh such an expensive gamble often makes me less apt to bother anymore. It was nice to try and have some of this ossue resolved by removing the doubling one after another, but even then it's so hit and miss 0 players like this post! Like? |
