You could just keep a log on google or the website or pretty much anything with your conversations or transcripts of them. I don't think expanding the inboxes is a variable solution

I could do that, yes- but unless I have the messages in their original form here, I really don't have any proof of what I'm saying. If I was going to say resell an adopt but needed proof, I'd need the messages at a later date instead of just a log of them. Unless I'm misunderstanding what you mean by transcript ^^"

You can always keep screenshots for the moment. It's what I've done with the art-related messages I need to save.

Still support, because I'd be more likely to buy saved messages if I could upgrade the space later.

Thank you for your support ^^ I'd agree that I'd be more interested in the saved messages if it was somehow able to be increased in number

I do keep a lot of screenshots regardless, but lately I've dealt with some scams people have tried to pull on me where I had screenshots, but was told I'd need more valid proof, as they said they considered screenshots unreliable since they're able to be manipulated. I personally find screenshots reliable, but unfortunately some people don't ^^"

I support this as a paid feature - basically an extendable version of saved messages, like you mentioned.

I don't think it's necessarily a good use of space to give everyone a larger inbox for free, but as a GB feature it sounds good. I actually have the extra saved messages thing already, but only an additional 50 isn't a huge amount. It would be nice to be able to continue buying extra - whether in further multiples of 50 or whatever else :)

Well, while I agree that stability could be a concern, I also think the site has grown a lot and will continue to grow to be able to handle more things ^^ if it's a paid feature, it would be easier to manage then if it were a free expansion.

There's a reason why the inbox is limited, to save space on the server. Every game has limited inbox space and that's because it's necessary. If you really need to save messages then you can use your notebook, utilize screenshots, use google docs, and I'm sure there are more.

@Nakaru Yes, I do realize that. That's why the first inbox expansion is purchased rather than given- and that's why a further expansion would have to cost even more, which I understand. However, I have been told in various cases that my screenshots don't have meaning because they can be faked, and since I had to delete the message, I didn't have any proof that I had ever even done business with them- leading to me being unable to get a refund. Not sure how using Google Docs could prove anything either, if I'll be honest. My original point was that I could not save the original files for art and adopt proof, but general purchase proof has become very important now too.

^^ As someone who has recently (and still is) having to dig through messages for proof for refund requests, I can agree. I've had to dig through "sent messages" which are kind of imcomplete, since those are sent from me, and don't really include the messages sent from them. And saving text and info to google docs, or some other typing feature is hardly proof. They require messages on lioden that show discussion of payment, and what was owed, payment being sent, and anything else they may have included about the transaction and agreement. And when you order art, sell heats or other in game items, and just generally chat, the limit and paid limit may not be enough. It would be wiser and save time to be able to save all messages about say, art you've ordered, until the art is recieved, and you no longer have to worry about requesting a refund. Again, not everyone has this problem, but I'm pretty active on forums (especially for art xD) and other such topics, so my inbox always gets full. And when saving messages for said art, sometimes things in the artists life come up, and art is delayed, so then you'll likely have to hang on to messages a tad longer.
