I just started playing again after being gone 4ish years and have no clue the prices on cubs anymore. I, personally, have never owned a Bast lioness. I do see them in the trading center often, though. They usually go for around 10 GB. Not sure how easily they sell, though. I'd start with 10 GB and if she doesn't sell so easily, lower it a bit.  Edit; Just realized she's got 1k stats. She could probably sell for a little more. 0 players like this post!
