The Fuschia DR cub could easily go for 40-50 GB, since the value for the Fuschia base is high and she's a double Rosette. You can also tag on about 1-3 GB because she's a foldie, so a good range would probably be around 43-53 GB.

Buttercream as a base goes for around 200 SB, but because Withered Pie is a fresh mutation with only 33 in game, she could easily go for 100+ GB out of rarity alone.

(Judging by the prices on the trading center) there's only one mottled rosette foldie, and he's 20gb. I'm assuming because he has mottled stripes too. Fuchsia bases are worth 10-18gb though, and doubled rosettes usually go for around that price range too. You could probably get 20gb for her.

As for the piebald, there aren't any withered piebalds up for trade currently (Most likely due to the bug where the mutations don't pass, very few people got the new pies naturally) so you could set their value pretty much! But, I'd keep in mind that the most buttercream goes for is 800sb w/o a mutation (There's one slender pie w/ buttercream base that's being sold for 8gb.) I'd maybe market her at a max of 50gb because the MoD's worth well over a hundred gb.
