At least the creator should see who donates, it's very aggravating when a whole bunch of junk is being thrown into the hoard. Whoever is doing this donating in our clan should be kicked, though we can't kick this player due to not knowing who it is.

Even the option to kick the person who anon donates would be very valuable in a situation like that

Honestly Clan hoards are treated like the giving tree, when someone doesn't want something they throw it into the hoard thinking its then the Clan Leaders responsibility to get rid of the item, when its not. However I do see 1 issue with this, if anon dumpers start getting revealed then I fear they'll start flooding the G.Tree with junk items and it takes what an hour or two for that to cycle through and people shoving junk into the tree might mess it up.

I think this is a brilliant idea don't get me wrong but there should be a way to properly get rid of junk items without clogging the server.

I agree @King Dice . Most people just have crap that they don't want so they either dump it out in clan hoards, giving tree, or send it with the bundle thing. There needs to be a suggestion for that~

No support- the idea of an anonymous donation is that it anonymous. NO ONE knows. A better solution is to be able to filter out unwanted items, like select from a list what you can and can not donate similar to raffles.

The whole point of anonymous donating is yes I totally agree~ but as earlier stated in the Edit AND topic, that there should be a >KICK< button next to the name of the anonymous donator.

Okay, yes, we could filter out these items, but that creates much work for us, and the anon donator is sitting there, laughing as we take out the items and then they throw more crap in. Sure they're "free to do as they please" (no you didn't say this just quoting) but not in my clan. They're breaking a rule and that's not tolerable. If someone has a hoard rule they will definitely understand. YES again I realize anonymous donating is purposely set there for remaining anonymous~ I ask the question why would you want to remain anonymous unless breaking a rule? I know some people do it as gifts but this is a serious thing in our clan, we're trying to keep the hoard full of goodies and not junk that everyone else probably has in their hoard!

Yep, gems, herbs, feathers ARE useful! Feathers and herbs could be used for crafting nesting material or apps/decor etc. But as stated earlier, why not just transfer it massively to someone who really needs it? The daily cap grab of our hoard is 3 items. Almost none of our members grab the feathers/herbs/gems/beetles/explore decor people dump out in the hoard, so admins and I have extra work created to keep scrolling continuously down and up to take out the un-useful items.

Also the topic has nothing to do with clan raffles, yes perhaps that's an okay suggestion, but this is about the junk that clogs the hoard- we don't usually do clan raffles and if we do it's easy to find the items (since we're not that big of a clan) in the hoard listing, or we do forum raffles. I do appreciate you saying your reason why you don't support though~
