My main argument here is that they already have "Sapphic," which is specifically a label that describes women who love women, whether they're lesbian, bi, pan, etc...

So the whole "we don't need LGBTQ+ label titles" thing is no longer relevant; one already exists. This suggestion evens out the title field. Sapphic, Achillean, and Diamoric-- gay/bi girls, gay/bi boys, gay/bi NBs. This set of three covers the entire field.

Yeah, I don't get why people can't support this? We have Sapphic, so why not the rest? You're not being forced to use the title anyways... and it's a title... it's not being shoved down anyone's throats...

@Luka Guess what? Some LGBTQ+ people are tired of not having a proper title and are just as tired of having to fight for our rights as you are tired of seeing it. Nonbinary pansexual here urging you to please not think all these no supports are based on hate.
I have medicaly diagnosed ptsd and social anxiety I'm currently being treated for. My heart is pounding and I'm near crying as I type this but I feel it's important. A part of this is due to my very conservative and unaccepting upbringing, combined with pretty much all of my former friends being LGBT like me. I say former because it severely impacted my mental health to contact them in any way as it always led to some kind of confrontation with my family. This stayed a theme even after I distanced those family members and completely changed my social circle. I distance myself as far as possible from this community not because of hate, but because past experiences make me physically ill to the point of panic attacks sometimes.
I started playing Lioden because it allowed me to escape the real world and what was happening. Everything was very vague and up to interpretation, but people were free to talk about themselves and who they were in a casual, friendly, manner. The way it should be.
I didn't think about my family, I didn't think about politics, I didn't think about division, I wasn't bothered by what anyone was saying and there was nothing to bring up any triggers.
Then June comes around and lion pride accents are introduced. This is the tiniest, inoffensive little feather that isn't bothering anyone by existing. However, terrible past experiences come back up. My heart races, I start crying, I can't breathe. I can't even explain to my own mother why I'm so upset because I keep thinking about how I'm a loser baby overreacting to a lion game. I didn't log on for months because this stupid little detail that's not even directed at me and makes a lot of other players happy I somehow let affect me this way.
Titles would make me feel like I'm some sort of special accessory to be flaunted around. We're not fashion items.
I'm know who I am and I know other people exist. I don't need a literal label posted up everywhere to remind me.
It makes me sick to see the division and toxicity I've been avoiding my whole life to invade my safe happy space. Please, please don't assume all the no supports are hateful. There is a person behind the screen and you don't know what they've gone through. I don't want this tiny insignificant thing to turn people against eachother like it already has.

Just because it makes you feel that way doesn't mean we shouldn't have something that literally makes 90% of players happy. No one is forcing you to like it. No one is forcing you to use it. If people want it and it makes them happy that's all that matters, right?
Some people get triggered by scars on here, but that doesn't mean you should remove all scars from the site. It's your responsibility to remove yourself from a situation that distresses you. No one is forcing you to use these titles. No one is forcing you to like these titles. All you have to do is think about how happy this would make people who are so underrepresented feel. Please.
There is nothing wrong with this suggestion and if you think there is you need to rethink your values. LGBT people being outspoken isn't hurting you. Our existence shouldn't be stressful to you. If it is, please seek help. I'm not trying to be rude in anyway, I hope you understand.
This is my stance on it. You are allowed to disagree with this suggestion, that's fine! But if your reason is bigotry, it is not a valid reason to dislike something.

As a side note, we have 71 more No Supports than the Achillean title. So about the same number of people have voted on these titles, but Achillean is less ill-received
