Long ago, mythical creatures ran free in a world of peace. Until humans came. Hunted out of fear or awe, the mythical creatures fled, or went extinct. Eventually, humans forgot about them, blowing the stories off as legend. But they aren't legend. The Kifliri are rulers of the mythical world, and though they lack brute strength, they make up for it in wisdom. Even dragons bow down to the Kifliri Queen, Mephistoph.
Mephistoph is now almost 200 years old, and has ruled for over 100 years. Widely respected and loved, she is known for her ability to maintain balance, a force all worlds need to maintain peace and prosperity. She was born to the previous Queen and her partner, and a prophecy that haunted the mythical world was fulfilled.
"The princess born with Orion hunting on their chest shall be the greatest Queen the world has ever known, however, the child will also see the world fall, and the creatures of magic fail."

Only a month ago, an explorer named Bones Pikushī discovered the island that is home to all mythical beasts. She promptly names it Pikushī's Grove because, upon making contact with the Kifliri, she discovered that she can't understand what they were saying. It also may have been due to the fact that she had always wanted to name something after herself.
Fortunately for the mythical beasts, Bones (nickname: Boney) was extremely kind and extremely curious. She was the first to communicate with the Kifliri, and first human to befriend them. However, she was a bit naive. Not quite understanding that other humans may not feel the same way she did, she published a scientific journal. Fortunately, she left out the location of the hidden island.
Now humans are rushing to discover where the mythical beasts are, and how they can profit from them.
Will you join the humans like Boney who are rushing to protect the majestic beasts, or will you join those hoping to ruin Pikushī's Grove and its inhabitants?

The Kifliri are magical creatures, and have a powerful affinity with the pull of the earth's forces. Among the most powerful enchanters in the world, they are the most social and easiest to come into contact with.
SKILLS
Each Kifliri comes with a different set of skills, which you can train to improve. Mutations can boost or lower skills.
Strength - This is the strength level of your Kifliri, best skill to have in a fight with an NPC
Speed - This is the speed level of your Kifliri, best all around skill. It benefits many different categories. If you want an all-rounder, speed always helps.
Intelligence - This is the intelligence level of your Kifliri, best skill to have in a fight against a PC.
Endurance - This is the endurance level of your Kifliri, best skill to have if you will be traveling a lot. If Endurance is your highest skill, then you also get a boost when training. Instead of randomly gaining 1-5 stats, you gain 1-6.
Charm - This is the charm level of your Kifliri, best skill to have if your Kifliri has anything to do with politics or is planning to rise in society.
There are several different classes of Kifliri, ordered by their skill set.
Enchanter: High Intelligence and Endurance skills. They use magic as their main weapon. Generally fights from high ground, shooting down bolts of death upon their enemy.
Warrior: High Strength and Endurance skills. They use misc weapons. Warriors are in the thick of it. They have the most dangerous job, but are also awarded the most glory if they succeed.
Assassin: High Strength and Speed skills. They use misc weapons. Assassins fight in the shadows. They need to be stealthy if they want to survive in this profession.
General: High Charm, Intelligence, and Endurance skills. They are leaders, and are hardest to come by. (This class cannot be attained by anyone with fewer than 150pts).
Levels of Skill
0-35: Trainees. You will be partnered with a more experienced Kiflari who will guide you.
36-50: Newbies. You are fodder, not yet ready for command, barely ready for battle.
51-75: Warriors. You are proven warriors, with all the respect and benefits you deserve.
76-99: Veterans. You are seasoned and ready to take command whenever needed.
100+: Generals. You lead the armies, and attend the Queen's high council meetings. [limited number of these]
BATTLE
Here is how battles work. I use a random number generator, if you get within a certain range of numbers, you win!
Stats are essential to battles. If you and the opponent are within 10 points of each other, there is a 50-50 chance of winning. If you have more stats that the opponent, the number range you need to get in the number generator gets wider. If the opponent has more stats than you, the opposite is true. I will always provide screenshots of the number generator's roll.

Well, now you get to choose a side. Unfortunately, you are only allowed to rp ONE person, so you can't choose to be both protector and villain. Now there are benefits and downsides to each side.
PROTECTOR
You have chosen to love, cherish, and protect this new magical world and its inhabitants.
Benefits: Mythical creatures respect you and will leave you alone. (most of the time)
Downsides: NPC humans will probably attack you more often, since there are fewer protectors than villains.
VILLAIN
You have chosen to fight to save your world, the human world.
Benefits: You have more human allies.
Downsides: Mythical creatures hate you and will attack you.
Both sides have free access to my adoptables. Protectors will befriend them to get them on their side, while Villains will enslave and brainwash them. Either way, you have full control over them as your characters.

1. Follow Lioden Rules.
2. Follow my rules.
3. You must own AT LEAST ONE adoptable to RP.
4. Only post RP actions here. If you have something to say outside of rp concerning your rp, add an OOC: message before or after the rp text.
5. All adult scenes fade to black.
6. Whenever you join an RP, ask permission from the player who started the storyline.
7. No godmodding, only do what your stats allow you to do.
8. No controlling another character. Even if the other character has consented to the actions you are taking, let them play out their character's response to what you do. What is not allowed is things like this: "My character hugged your character, but your character pushed me away." and "My character grabbed your character's arm and broke it."
9. Always ask permission from your roleplaying partner before you do something.
10. This is a semi-literate plus RP, which means no text talking, no one sentence posts. All posts should have a minimum of two sentences. Do your best to use correct grammar. I totally understand if English is not your first language, if you need help with a sentence, please PM me for help!
