It's been a couple of weeks since chat got its overhaul, and with all the tweaks added to I have yet to see the issue of tardy replies in the Help channel. There are some marvelous suggestions addressing it already, but I'd like to offer my own idea on the matter: what if there was a way to automatically convert a question there to a Game Help thread?

We could have the option added in the little menu we already have to ping players or flag messages, and it'd auto-subscribe the player asking in chat so that they can see it next time they refresh the page or log in - with the restriction that only one thread can be created per question, to avoid unnecessary spamming. That way players that don't know about the subforum or have been left waiting for an answer for too long could get it without having to ask again :')
