Just a simple thing that could be added when cancelling raffles: the option to put a short message explaining why you cancelled. It could be optional and similar to how you can put a small message when offering a trade. I know a lot of people are sad or mad when a raffle is cancelled and I personally hate cancelling raffles without giving explanations, so when cancelling you could have the option to write a little message like "Not enough tickets bought" or "I'm lowering the prices and making a new raffle!" and simple stuff like that. If left blank, no message is sent but the raffle is still cancelled. Just a little thought that I would like to see happen, but let me know what you guys think!

Here is what the game message could look like:

"My raffle has been cancelled. The following ticket entries have been returned to you:
50 SB

The host has attached the following message: "I didn't get enough tickets bought"

This is an automated message, please do not reply."
