There are two main forms of currency on Lioden (LD) that are available year-round: (GB) and (SB). Typically, $0.50 = 1 = 1100-1500 The exact rates between GB and SB can be found under GB Sales in the Oasis.
Every month of the year, LD goes through a different "event". Each of these events has 1-3 unique currencies that can only be earned and spent during their respective months. Event currency cannot be exchanged between players, but it can be exchanged between linked accounts. I'm gonna talk about making and , however, since they are the main form of currency and can be exchanged between players.


- Play the Trivia game under Games in the Crossroads. The questions aren't too hard (and most of the answers can be found with a quick search). You can only answer 3 questions daily, but that adds up over time, especially if you play the Difficult level at get 20 per question.

- If you're an artist, take commissions or create adoptables for SB/GB

- Rollover (log in and play) frequently. Sometimes, you'll get prizes for rolling, which can include SB, items, or valuable items

- Breed your lionesses a lot and sell the cubs for cheap. People are always buying cubs to kill/fod/etc

- Socialize in the boards and be nice to people. Sometimes, people will gift you items/lions/currency out of kindness and/or because they like you!

- Be patient

- Enter raffles. Try to enter raffles with low ticket prices, and purchase a lot of tickets; go big or go home

- Browse the Trade Center and the Branches often. When you see something going for a particularly cheap price, you can buy it and then resell if for higher to make a profit

- Check the Trade Center and/or the Branches before selling things. It'll help you sell things better

- Remember business practices: supply and demand, buy low and sell high, etc

- Don't beg for money/anything. Not only is it pathetic, but it's also against LD's rules. Make sure you're not "passive-aggressively" begging, either (e.g. "Aw, man, I wish someone would give me GB so I could retire my king...")

- Do your best to save up. There isn't a banking system in LD where your money can build up over time, but it's still good to have some backup funds in case you need them. You can store your SB/GB in "Bundles" through your Hoard. Bundled currency won't show up in your currency bar at the top of the page, because it is not usable while bundled, but you can "unbundle" them later to use.

- Buy items using event currency through events, then save these items until months later to resell for high prices. The items will be out of the market by then, so they're likelier to sell for higher.

- ^^^ Specifically, do this with breeding items. Some examples of breeding items include but aren't limited to: Crunchy Worm, GMO Cow, Lion Scrotum

- Have your lionesses hunt a lot, and explore a lot. You can then resell food and toys; these are always in demand. People often charge 10 per 1 use of food
