If you want double uterus to pass you're gonna need a lion scrotum like a dwarf it won't pass otherwise and I'd suggest a Buffalo scrotum and a great tit as well

Would it be wiser to use a lion scrot on the breeding or a buff scrot, since you can't use both?

I originally thought it was guaranteed 8 cubs so I didn't have to use a buff scrot, and I want her to pass the mutation so I wanted to use a lion scrot, but now I don't know which one would be better to use.

She will have double whatever number the litter size is.
So if 1 cub litter rolls, she'd have 2.
2 cub litter roll, she'd have 4.
3 cub litter rolls, she'd have 6.
4 cub litter rolls, she'd have 8.

It's best to use a buffalo scrotum so she's guaranteed to have 6-8 cubs :)

You can use both. I do it all the time and I have 5 Double Uterus :^)

You cannot use GMO Cows, Lion Meat and Lion Scrotums together. They use up the same slot.

But Buffalo Scrotums with any ONE of those three is compatible.
