and upload the PNG(it has to be a PNG) you want. It should pop up with "viewer links". Click where it says that and change it to HTML Full Linked. There, it should give you the link you'd need to put a photo in. Instead of copy and pasting the whole thing into your avatar slot, copy and paste the link. Then save it and it should upload.

If that's confusing I can do it for you xdd or try to explain through screenshots.
