It depends what you mean by freezing. -- If you mean literally freezing, with a jellyfish, it entails that lion taking up a frozen slot in your pride - you have 1 for free, further slots have to be bought for GB. Frozen lions cannot be unfrozen (except for a grace period of one hour after freezing, in case of mistakes). They cannot ever be bred or hunted/patrolled/kinged/etc, and don't really do anything within your pride - basically they're just like cute mascots. For this method, you need a jellyfish - for cubs, the plain Jellyfish, won from the slots game or bought from other players. For adolescents or adults, you need the Turritopsis Jellyfish, which can be bought from the Oasis for 5GB. And you just use the appropriate jelly on the lion you want to freeze. -- Or there's the other thing which is commonly called 'freezing', which doesn't actually technically involve freezing as such. This is what people mean when they are just pausing - or 'freezing' - the ageing of a lion they want to keep young. For example an heir, or something valuable like hybrids. This simply means transferring them to an account (usually your side account) which then doesn't roll over. While that account is not rolled, the 'frozen' lions don't age, so they'll be exactly the same age and condition whenever you want to get them back again. There are no jellyfish involved in this, it's simply pausing ageing, and the lions will continue ageing and can be bred etc as normal when you start rolling over their account again. 6 players like this post!
