Absolute lowest Celestial-base cub I can see on the TC is 5 GB. It has one marking; yours is significantly prettier, has mottled rosette, and has nicer stats. I wouldn't let it go for less than... maybe 15 GB? That would be a lower end for me; I probably would end up keeping it, haha. Maybe try to do an auction with a starting bid of 10 or 15 GB?
