So what if the decor/backgrounds were animated?

I don't really mean anything complicated, but like leaves swaying in the wind or blinking for the animals. Something like rotating an image, where it's not really the same as animating a whole new frame to keep the stress off of the artists.

And of course, it should be able to be disabled/enabled.
