As the title says, I think retired/dead main lions should keep the decor they died with. The king should be represented the same as how everyone viewed them while alive. People do put a lot of effort into designing their kings so that effort shouldnt just be wasted; they should be remembered in all their glory.

Of course you wouldnt be able to change anything once dead. It would only be image based so it would look exactly the same as when alive; if a decor still has uses, then people should get the decor item back
