I just got the rollover, and I won a 10,000 sb clan raffle. However, I haven't gotten the 10,000 sb even though the message said I had already gotten it (which I haven't)

Before rollover, I had around 1800 sb and I decided to try and buy a gb for 1200. I had 600 or so left. When I went to reload for rollover, I found a message telling me I won a 10,000 sb clan raffle. My currency was the same, so I checked it it might be been placed in my bundles, which it wasn't.
