So, I came to suggest a new mutation that seems pretty cool. Its called Pseudomelanism. Pseudomelanism is a mutation in animals which leads to an increase in melanin. Melanism is when the animal is completely black, such as panthers who are black jaguars or leopards.

Pseudomelanism is an increase in melanin on the skin, but is not full on Melanism. Thus, the pseudo before the melanism. When this occurs in for example, big cats that already have patterns, the patterns increase.

Since I can't draw for the life of me, I don't have concept art to show you. But, this website shows images of Big cats who have pseudomelanism:

I feel like with this mutation can pass to full on melanism if both parents have the mutation. This however is not a gaurentee, but it does increase the chance slightly.
