Uhm... Hi people. Am new here.
New to the clan, 50/50 new to the game. I've played a lot before, but stopped in 2016. Got back on for the first time in years today and still have to figure everything out again like I'm a brand new player. Gotta relearn the basics and everything.

Right now I'm mostly just trying to get familiar with the game again. Figure out how everything works. But if anyone has any tips or tricks for this game feel free to send me a private message!

Still gotta decide on my new breeding projects too. Don't really like most of the lionesses I currently have anymore, and my kings look a bit meh too (though they both have some nice markings) :/
Only thing I know I wanna have for sure are a leopon, tigon and some of the primal muties (though I forgot which ones for now. they're still new to me anyway. A lot of the content is), but ofc those aren't exactly easy/ cheap to get.
Also gotta figure out how to get gold beetles again for custom decors etc, since I remember really loving those too before I quit.

Oh! Something you might be able to help me with though; How do I take care of my beetles and what is their purpose again? And how old do lionesses get before they're too old to breed? and before they die?

Lionesses are too old to breed past 14 yo! They die 15-16, but you can retire them at 14!

Beetles are for beetle battles, their little husks from when they die from old age are sometimes used for crafting, and people collect beetles too!

I apparently collected those beetles too. Though I have no idea why or what I was trying to do with them. Both my dens are full of animals tagged with abbreviations of words and markings and all kinds of things. Looks like I had several breeding programs running too, but I can't for the life of me remember what I was trying to breed or anything. It's all just a mess rn.

I still have so many more questions, and I still have to read all the stuff in this thread too (incl the main post) , but it's really late here and I should probs go to bed soon so I think I'll leave the rest for tomorrow or another day. For now just gotta make sure everything if looked after.

thoes are apart of the event, they just help us open the next teir for the areas in the event, leather beetles are jans event currency
