The [Raffle] Night Vegetation background costs 200MT in Gorilla Enclave, so you could try working backwards from standard Monkey Teeth pricing? It has 10 base uses, so with only 3 uses left the price would crash.
(It seems like 300MT sell pretty regularly for around 40GB, someone else may have a better idea of that though. That would give you about 26gb for a 200MT item, though pricing does not necessarily scale like that (some items are in low demand)... and as far as dealing with the uses go for decor or backgrounds, I typically divide the estimated price of a "full use" item by base uses and multiply by how many uses I have left.... that would bring you down to about 7-8GB. From there i'd round down to give you a better chance of making a sale rather than have someone just use their own MT or buy a MT auction for cheaper. ^^ )

Just thought i'd share my two cents and try to give you a baseline since it doesn't look like there's any forum sales/demand for it either (and a previous price check thread of yours had no response. xD)
