I'm thinking that as a Broodmother levels up that she can start protecting more cubs as her level gets higher because it's extremely frustrating only being able to have 4 broodmothers while being able to have 200 cubs which all can't be protected. A level 1 BM would only be able to protect 5 and then once she gets to like level 2 or 3 she can protect 1 more cub so it doesn't get to OP, and then so on. There should also be a max of cubs they could protect due to someone just leveling a lioness by hunting and then switching them, so maybe like 10 cubs max on a regular lioness and maybe like 11 or 12 on a nurturing so they still have their extra cub! Edit: Someone asked how broodmothers level, they would level just as they usually do, by protecting cubs! They DO in fact gain experience by being given cubs to protect and will gain experience from each cub they protect every rollover! Edit: Here are two examples of unhunted leveled up broodmother lionesses! https://www.lioden.com/lion.php?id=794131868715 https://www.lioden.com/lion.php?id=794129344730 |

Please not! You can switch cubs every day, or every other day, to keep them all up in survival. Also we have an item that keeps a cub protected. Its 200sb in monkey business :) 0 players like this post! Like? |

Broodmothers actually do level up though. They gain experience for protecting the cubs. I forget the exact amount of experience they gain per cub by my lionesses that are protecting 5 cubs gain anywhere from 150 exp to 900 exp when I roll over. 0 players like this post! Like? Can you show me a screenshot of them leveling up? Gaining exp I mean. Ive never gotten any sort of note that they got exp. Ive had many through out the years. And every single one that I have started as a broodmother at 2yr. No hunting. As never gained any exp. 0 players like this post! Like? I'll take a screen shot of my userlog. You have to physically go to their page and level them up, just like every other lion. 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 24/12/19 @ 14:24:47 by Kaliyana (#11505) |

Most be new... I checked wiki. It states the hunting gives exp. But says nothing for mothers. As I said. Nothing has ever shown exp on my broodmothers. This mean I CANT level up because theres no exp there. I thought that was selfexplaintory. But seriously if my broodmothers dont show exp I cant level them lmao. I'll check my logs though. Again it's been years. Ive been playing. And I will admit my current mothers where hunted before hand. So hard to tell. So yea. Probably bewer.. Which is great. But point still stands. If you have 200 cubs you probably have the territory to have more broodmothers. 0 players like this post! Like? |

it's not new, they've been gaining experience since broodmothers were implemented. There is no notification given that they gain experience, nor is there any indication that it happens other than the arrow signifying that they are ready to level up. They just gain experience every time you roll over depending on how many cubs they are protecting. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I checked my user log. There is literally nothing. I went back a week. As I said. Them leveling up has NEVER happened to me. No green arrow (which appears when the exp bar is full) no green in the bar. Nothing. This is just my experience. It doesn't make either of us wrong. Just means theres something off with broodmothers codes for someone somewhere :) Admin Response: There is nothing off with broodmother coding. Please follow this link: https://www.lioden.com/userlog.php?id=81854&month=&day=&action=protect You can see that your broodmothers are gaining experience for protecting cubs, as intended and as the feature has been functioning since implementation. 0 players like this post! Thank you admins :) question though. We does it not show on the normal log? Why do we have to type in protect? Because I searched my log. And nothing. I shouldnt have to key word it. That's kinda.. Idk sneaky? And that thread you linked literally shows the item you can use to help keep you to many cubs protected. XD So point stands. No support. 1 mother per 10 territory. And an item to help is plenty Admin Response: It is in no way sneaky. You can see it in your own user log if you search back through pages. The point of the search bar in your user log is to filter out any results that do not contain the keyword you enter. User log entries store all data for all actions taken in the past 30 days. An easy way to sort through all of these pages and all this data is to narrow down your searches via keyword, which is what we did to help show you that your lionesses are gaining experience for protecting cubs, as they should be. Again, this is very easy to search for yourself via your user log if you look through entries. You don't have to use the keyword filter search. It's just an option. 0 players like this post! Like? "I have never had more then like... 50 cubs at a time XD With 40 territory You van have a broodmother per 10 territory from my knowledge... If you have 200 cubs.. You probs have a lot of territory. Therefore more broodmothers." I want to take a moment to address this as well, since no one else has. At the top of the den page where territory information is, with 40 territory it shows that you can have up to 200 cubs; not everyone will have this many cubs, but that's the limit shown. You don't need over 40 territory slots to have up to 200 cubs. 0 players like this post! Like? |

@R we all now that. That way it was addresses. It doesnt need to be XD We all get it. You can have 40 territory wothout 40 lionesses. Therefore have 4 mothers without 40 lions ;) You 2 are just mad I made some points. That wasnt to either of you 0 players like this post! Like?
