This base is a rich golden, orange, and red base meant to look like a solar flare, hence the name and pattern:



I always thought that the sun's brightness would make a really good inspiration for different kinds of bases? We have Sunrise and Sunset but those focus on sky colors, not the sun itself. I just like bright yellow is all.

This is the base itself. Freckles and sparkles are added to reflect sparks and sunspots.

^ Most of everyone I've asked tends to like the Old Version/Dark Version (they look about the same as I modeled the Dark Version off of the old base since multiple people said they preferred it) better from what I've seen? The Dark Version also has very charming ears to me for some reason.

The genetic group would be Gold Dark Countershaded. I would kill for some July gold. The year's breed-only raffle base would be amazing, but honestly the shop would be fine too. Anything for Gold, that would make my year. LD please it'll be the tenth raffle July base added please not red or black this time, I can pay 1 whole African Cucumber, please I'm begging not red or black again please

(I'm not necessarily the best ever at making a fire/flames pattern so if it needs touched up or altered to be added that's perfectly fine with me LOL)

BONUS: Markings! The celestial bases tend to come with four specific marks, so I decided to mockup some Solar markings, so that the July raffle girls have a chance to not be orange and gray. These would be breed-only and obtained from raffle girls. The marking mockups are previewed on Maziwa base and Ebony base, and I chose slightly different markings for the Light versus the Dark version. They're in the spoiler folder:
