This involves css - there are a lot of beginner guides both here in the forums (eg this one) that explain the basics and beyond, as well as elsewhere online in general. If you're not looking to learn yourself then there are also many templates and/or premade layouts people have made that are free to use, as well as coders selling layouts for SB/GB if you want something more custom.
