1. Payment must be sent first.
2. I reserve the right to post your commission/stream its progress publicly. If you want a private commission, it is an extra fee of x1.5 the commission price.

4. Visual references only; I do not work off of descriptions.
5. Any edits can be made during sketching only (will always be sent for confirmation if warranted). Up to 3 minor edits can be made after the piece is finished; any more and I will charge.
6. Turnaround time is between 2 weeks-2 months. I am a busy person and don't have much time to draw. I can do a rush fee for x2 the commission price (turnaround 1 day-1 week depending on when you order, as I can only draw on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday but usually have other priorities).
7. My commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise stated. Twitch and Discord use is fine for emotes.
8. Refunds can only be given before I start your piece (will be updated on my trello). After I start, there will be no refunds unless I personally cannot complete your order.

By commissioning me, you accept my ToS. I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
