What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
When I go to my hoard and select a decor, I can attach that decor to any living lion. However, lions in my Pride Dynasty do not show up and as far as I know, there is no way to navigate to them to attach a decor. Before the Lion Equipper was implemented, if I wanted a decorated lion saved in my Pride Dynasty, I would decorate her and then retire and save her in the Pride Dynasty.

I just looked at this girl: http://www.lioden.com/lion.php?id=789783650497 who is in my Pride Dynasty. I noticed that the Lion Equipper is available, so I tried attaching a Windy decor to her, and it worked. Is this intended, that dead, saved lions can be decorated this way? If so, what is the difference between freezing a lion and using the Equipper to decorate a lion saved in the Pride Dynasty?

Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion?

The Equipper is available on any of my saved, retired lions who are stored in the Pride Dynasty.

It's small, but you can see the Equipper available at the bottom of the decor list. This is my Wenet who was retired a year or two ago.

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
I generally retire lionesses when they can't breed any more. Rarely do they die on their own... so I don't know if this relates only to lionesses who have been retired and stored in the Pride Dynasty.

1) Retire 14+ year old lion
2) Store in Pride Dynasty
3) Equipper is still functional
