What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
I own a clan, and had previously invited 2 players who never accepted the invite. But they are still counting towards the clan member count and I cannot remove them :(
The count should be 26 (3 pending) as I just invited a new person. Instead, it is counting the 2 old invites as 2 members and I have no way to remove them! :)

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
Invited 2 people to my clan but they went inactive. The clan for some reason is counting them in the member list rather than the pending list, and there is no way to remove them.
