A tale goes around between other Lin-Uvi once every few cycles at Nivallis' birthplace. Each gossiping session mentioning it usually ends with a discussion centered around 'what happened to those boys,' whoever they are.
They were Nivallis and his childhood friend. In the confusion of it all, what happened was bloody.
After leaving his home, Nivallis was told of a guide who often gave tours to other regions for a price. The guide was an Lin-Uvi called Tasman, and it was him who allowed Nivallis to travel outside of his comfort zone in the forests, creating adventure for him and avenues to meet new friends. Nivallis grew to love and appreciate his companions, especially Moraea and Crathex who gave him the strength needed to stay brave.
Logged in the exploration record below, Nivallis unfortunately suffered permanent mental scarring due to the Mountain's Curse. The illness rotted away the mind, and although Baba cured it, Nivallis wasn't left the same. His mouth smelt awful and toxic, and Moraea swore she sees black smoke rise from his mouth when he is distant. Nivallis doesn't reciprocate her advances as often as he used to, but still does hang out with the group despite the fact that he doesn't contribute much to conversation anymore.

Relationships:
To Moraea: Nivallis believes that he would've been unhappy for the rest of his life if he hadn't met Moraea. He feels like she taught him how to be more open to others and to consider doing morally right choices instead of running away. He's eternally grateful for her and everything she has done for him. Nivallis loves Moraea.
To Crathex: Nivallis appreciates and cares about Crathex a lot. He feels like they are synced and share a bond that is important, but different than his feelings toward Moraea. A brotherly kind of love. He still thanks her for saving his life on the Ice Flows and the two act as if they were always friends. Nivallis deeply cares about Crathex and considers her family.
To Allium: Nivallis feels uneasy when near Allium. Their first encounter had not gone well, with Moraea doing most of the talking and Nivallis feeling like an outsider. Nivallis doesn't speak to Allium if he can help it, and when they do their conversation it always short.
To Vathlokreniik: Nivallis has mixed feelings toward Vathlokreniik. Lin-Taes naturally strike fear into him, but despite that, Nivallis considers him dependable and a hardworker. After some time together, Nivallis appreciates Vathlokreniik and is grateful for a friend like him.
To Inkiivekovuru: Nivallis doesn't pay Inkiivekovuru much mind, but he appreciates the fact that she can literally talk for hours. Some days, he'll rest underneath her as she chatters on about whatever with Moraea.
After a tour to the Fireswept Wastes, Nivallis was cursed. Despite the curse and the illness being lifted, Nivallis was left with permanent mental scarring that left him distant, peculiar, and spontaneous. He now tends to be selfish and reserved, only focusing on survival over all else. He still depends on Moraea for survival, though.

Went on a Tier 2 RPG Explore by himself to the Frosted Lands. Managed to avoid getting attacked by sharks and ended up on the Ice Flows. Avoided a polar bear. An encounter between a Lin-Kah and a Lin-Tae began underneath the mountain. Nivallis intervened after the Tae broke the Kah's wing. He suffered damage, but the two managed to push the Lin-Tae into the water resulting in its death. The pair ran from the remaining Lin-Taes before falling through the ice, where Nivallis was mauled by numerous sharks. The pair made it onto land safely and the Kah reluctantly joined Nivallis after he promised to heal her broken wing.

The pair got lost on the journey to their destination and ended up fighting, and running, from a mother panther and her kits. They wondered the plains for a long time before encountering a shrubland. The two made a comfy den and were awoken in the middle of the night by a shadow. Leaving the den, they encountered a starry sky with flying stars and a Lin-Uvi, who reluctantly agreed to join the group after Moraea's discussion about the stars.

Went on a Tier 2 RPG Explore with Crathex to the Fireswept Wastes. After travelling the desert, the two encountered an arch that led into a mountain. However, shortly after entering, Nivallis' mental health deteriorated. He acted skittish, fearful, and exhibited paranoia despite Crathex feeling fine. In an attempt to fly across a gap with Nivallis, Crathex was injured by Nivallis and fell near a lava pool. On her flight upwards, she encounters an item, and then Nivallis. The two escaped the mountain and camped out at a lone tree before being found by a Lin-Tae working for Tasman. The two lied about their identities, fearing the Tae was one from the Frosted Lands, but they were mistaken. The Lin-Tae explains that the two had disappeared for a week, not the whole morning. After they apologize, the Tae decides to join Nivallis' group occasionally.

The purpose of the tour was to cure Nivallis from his curse, so Tasman directed the group to a witch doctor named Baba who resided in the swamps. The group sets off, with Nivallis' condition neither worsening nor improving. They encountered two feral boars. Despite their efforts, Nivallis ended up dispatching both of the boars with unbridled rage, ripping the corpses into bits long after they died underneath him. The group immediately encounters Baba, who curses Moraea and convinces Crathex to swear her soul to him. She complies. Nivallis and Moraea are cured, but Nivallis' mental state was scarred. A Lin-Navi reveals themselves after Baba disappears and begs to join the group. Moraea accepts.

Moraea prefers the forests of the Ever-Greens to other environments, but the idea of traveling to different regions excites her.

Moraea was born in a desert in the Fireswept Wastes. At a young age, however, she was relocated to a forest on the outskirts of the Ever-Greens, living happily and getting into trouble. Other Lin-Uvi consider her to be one of the friendliest Linwurms out there, often talking with others and playing games for prizes such as food, cheap trinkets, and more.
During Nivallis' first trip to the Ever-Greens, Moraea was up on a tree after being chased by a wild creature. She had been there for a little while by the time Nivallis arrived. Thinking this was the best opportunity, she called out to him, stating that he should come and find her in a game of hide and seek. Nivallis reluctantly agreed. Moraea won after Nivallis found her position, but failed to climb the tree and fell onto the ground with a thump. She helped him and after a good conversation, she accepted Nivallis' offer to join him.
The two now travel together through different lands, their group slowly growing as time passes by.

Relationships:
To Nivallis: Moraea has quite a close connection to Nivallis, one that borders romance. The two lived together ever since they first met. They feasted and bonded with one another quite quickly. Moraea continues to try and teach Nivallis to open up to others so he can make friends a little easier, while stating the importance of doing good acts. Moraea loves him.
To Crathex: At first, Crathex annoyed the life out of Moraea. The two fought constantly due to their difference in personalities. After some time and with the help of Nivallis, Moraea decided to learn a little bit from Crathex. Much to her surprise, Moraea felt as though she's grown as a Lin-Uvi and is eternally grateful that Crathex saved Nivallis' life. Moraea considers Crathex a close friend and family member that she cares about.
To Allium: Moraea and Allium get along surprisingly well. Moraea sometimes stays up a little longer to talk with him and make sure he feels included in their group. Despite his odd personality, Moraea does her best to make sure he is happy.
To Vathlokreniik: Moraea appreciates and likes Vathlokreniik well enough. The two sometimes argue, but Moraea equates that to him being an uptight Lin-Tae. She was, at first, vigilant of his presence when he's near Nivallis, but now is more relaxed about it.
To Inkiivekovuru: Moraea is patient with Inkiivekovuru. She understands how difficult it must be to depend on social interaction so much that others may find you annoying, so Moraea indulges her and her seemingly infinite knowledge. The two often get along, though some days Moraea needs to relax by herself.

Crathex is 11'5" at the shoulder with a length of 23'5" from snout to tail tip. Her wingspan is roughly 26'. Her frame is lean, but not that muscularly built. She is very small compared to other Lin-Kahs.

Crathex heavily prefers mountainous areas than any other biome. She insists that mountains are the best, and nothing will ever change her mind. Probably.

What's known about Crathex boils down to what she told Nivallis in the first few days they met. She was a member of the honor-guard, a faction of some sort among Lin-Kahs. On the day she met Nivallis, she was carrying out a mission to destroy eggs from a nest of Lin-Taes in the Frosted Lands. Something went awry, however, when the Lin-Taes discovered her and began to defend their home. A Lin-Tae threw her down and restrained her in an area below their mountain called the Ice Flow. It was Nivallis who decided to rescue her, pinning the Lin-Tae by the wings and allowing the gal to escape. After a quick battle, the two pushed the Lin-Tae into the cold ocean below, where he was promptly eaten by a leviathan of some sort. The two ran for their lives as the rest of the Lin-Tae arrived, chasing the two until they fell into cold, shark infested waters. The two managed to push their way back onto the Ice Flow, with Nivallis suffering from two deep bites from the sharks.
The two spoke for a bit. Cathrex spoke with vulgarity, as all Lin-Kahs do, about her hatred for the Lin-Taes and why she was here. She revealed that her wing was broken in the altercation and that her home wouldn't accept her back in this condition. Nivallis offered her a proposition: he would help find someone to heal her wing in exchange for her to teach him what she knew. She agreed.
It took the rest of the day to arrive at the meeting point where Moraea was waiting. Moraea was genuinely surprised to see the Lin-Kah, but the two cared for Nivallis as best they could.
At first, Crathex was determined to get back to her honor-guard. This urge lessened after many close calls and many bonds formed.
The three now travel together, exploring and living as an odd unit, which Crathex now lacks the heart to leave.

Relationships:
To Nivallis: Crathex on the surface finds Nivallis tolerable, but deep down the Lin-Kah admires the Lin-Uvi for his endurance and perseverance. Crathex feels like they share a brotherly bond that often shows in combat and their explorations. Crathex deeply cares about him.
To Moraea: Crathex finds Moraea's positive and talkative demeanor annoying most of the time. Crathex feels like they clash often, but at the end of the day the two make up and do look after one another. On a good day, Crathex's mood uplifts and the two joke around and play together. Crathex deeply cares for her.
To Khizossoh and Hokzii: At this point of the story, Crathex has not met Khizossoh or Hokzii. However, she is their mother. Crathex hasn't put much thought into her clutch after she gave them to the Great Guardian Ru. Crathex feels that she would be wasting energy if she thought about it too much, especially since she more or less kept the situation private from everyone else.
To Allium: Crathex thinks Allium is annoying. He follows her around like a lost puppy during the day, using the shadow of her wings as protection from the sun. He doesn't get in the way, but his incessant questions about the stars and night sky do.
To Vathlokreniik: Crathex, like most Lin-Kahs, absolutely despises the Lin-Tae. She finds his goofy personality an insult, his skills as a Lin-Tae an insult, and his mere presence an insult. She avoids him as best as she can, which is often, thanks to Vathlokreniik's line of work.
To Inkiivekovuru: Crathex finds her absolutely annoying. Despite her attempts to get her to back off, the Lin-Navi never seems to take the hint. Crathex does admire the Lin-Navi for her knowledge and physical strength, however.

Allium prefers shady environments with open skies. He has a pickier preference compared to other Lin-Uvi, preferring environments with weak sun and more or less damp ground.

In a shady forest at the base of a dark, grey mountain, lay Allium and his newly hatched siblings. The moon shined intensely down onto all of them, who all scrambled weakly against the rocks of the outcrop. The chilly wind from the mountain accompanied the bright moonlight, sending chills to everyone outside of the shelter of the forest.
From the shadows, numerous forms appeared. Many were small and slender, some winged and feathered. Only one of these forms approached the hatchlings for they were sired by him. A large Lin-Uvi with piercing eyes that glistened with the same intensity as the moon on that night.
Allium was spared. His siblings were too as they were considered, and made, into his blessed servants. For years, Allium remained in the darkest crevices that littered the mountain and the rocky outcrop. His presence graced his father's followers on only the brightest nights where the moon seemed to engulf the sky.
And for years, Allium endured it. There were times were he only saw his father or his siblings. For others, he saw devoted followers of his Clan who gave offerings of herbs, prime meat, treasures from faraway lands, and so on. Only the herbs and smaller treasures went to Allium. His body was pure, after all. His father made sure to never taint his body with filth such as meat.
And for years, Allium gazed at the nighttime sky. In certain places of the mountain side, he could see vast stars and bright lights flickering in and out of existence. He could map them, take note of them, sometimes even speak to specific stars as if they were entities who genuinely cared about him and each other. He valued these secret roof holes more than anything else.
The same would repeat, over and over years into Allium's adulthood. Followers always arrived to the Clan but never seemed to leave, as far as he could tell. The thought of leaving never occurred to him until a follower snuck into one of his tunnels in the mountain. This follower was another Uvi just like him, who lacked the glossy, white glaze others had. The two managed to grow closer over time through the use of stealth, stories of the world outside of the mountain, the actual god Uvis worship. For the first time ever, Allium felt attached to someone who wasn't comprised of heated gas and stardust.
The two decided to leave together. If only it happened that easily, though.
When Allium met Moraea and Nivallis during their tour in the Ever Greens, he was alone. He had been for a year. All he had gathered from his time away from his followers was that... everything changes. Everything. The environment, the odd creatures, the weather. Even the Uvi he had befriended who started it all. It angered him, to have found freedom and lived as miserable as he did before he left.
It was Moraea who had shown him compassion to try and change all of that. Her appreciation for the stars resonated with him, and again he felt it was possible to bond again with a being made of flesh and blood. Allium even decided to eat a little meat, even though it physically made him ill. Now he remains with Nivallis' group, hanging out with them during the nighttime and speaking with them as if he'd known them all his life.

To Nivallis: Allium doesn't give Nivallis much thought, but he appreciates him nonetheless. The two find it difficult to bond with each other on their own, but do well enough in a group.
To Moraea: Allium greatly appreciates Moraea and what she's done for him. They bond well, with Moraea taking time to talk with him and look at the stars before she leaves to sleep. He loves her stories about the night skies in the Fireswept Wastes.
To Crathex: Allium greatly enjoys hanging out with Crathex, especially during the day and she allows him to take cover underneath her wings. Her angry rebuttals does nothing to deter the sheltered Uvi.
To Vathlokreniik: Allium sticks to Vathlokreniik like honey when the Lin-Tae returns from his work. The two often joke and converse with one another as if they had been friends for years, something Allium doesn't do for anyone else. Allium finds that he has more strength and bravery when Vathlokreniik is around.
To Inkiivekovuru: Allium greatly enjoys Inkiivekovuru's presence most days. He finds that she is one of the easiest in the clan to converse with because he doesn't need to say anything at all. He appreciates the fact that she is extremely eager to share information of her own, and because of her feels like some of his own knowledge expanded. He likes falling asleep to her voice.

Vathlokreniik prefers any environment that is high in the sky. He feels most at home with the clouds brushing against his wings as he flies. On land, however, any place with an open sky will do just as well. Vathlokreniik prefers cloudy weather over harsh sun, but he'd rather stay on the ground and travel by foot during malicious weather.

Vathlokreniik hatched from a clutch sired by the Lin-Uvi who runs Tasman's Tours. For the most part he spent most of his time with his mother, learning to appreciate the skies while also instilling unto him the importance of a healthy, balanced diet. He grew up happily and with no compliants.
Once he was older, Vathlokreniik persuaded Tasman to allow him to help out in his Tours after a Lin-Uvi went missing. He found them quite easily when Tasman had trouble. So for a few years, the Lin-Tae would periodically help his father with magical casualties whenever he needed it.
It was a sunny day when Vathlokreniik was sent to search for two linwurms, an Uvi and Kah who went by the names Nivallis and Crathex. The pair had apparently gone missing in the Fireswept Wastes for several days. Tasman wasn't too worried, but when Moraea arrived to him, frantic and angry, he began to grow anxious. Vathlokreniik found the pair a few days later as they traveled through the cold, nightly air of the desert. After a simple misunderstanding, he agreed to hang out with the group during his free time outside of the clouds and his work with his father.

Relationships:
To Nivallis: Vathlokreniik finds Nivallis interesting. He has felt somewhat concerned for him after the cursed incident. For that, he has a tiny soft spot for him despite the fact that they don't interact that often. When they do, the interaction is usually good.
To Moraea: Vathlokreniik enjoys Moraea's company and finds her a delight to hang out with, even though she can be a tad annoying. He appreciates it, though, because he knows she's just trying to help him unwind from his busy lifestyle.
To Crathex: Vathlokreniik avoids Crathex usually, or ignores her if he can't. He's caught her stare before, and all it displayed was contained anger. They're polite to one another, surprisingly.
To Allium: Vathlokreniik considers Allium the best in the group, despite the extreme difference in backgrounds. Vathlokreniik feels warm with the fact that he can share his passion for the skies with someone, especially someone as attentive as Allium. They two joke around in a playful way, but it feels meaningful.
To Inkiivekovuru: Vathlokreniik finds her annoying most days, though sometimes they do find a middle ground that allows them to enjoy each other's company. The two often sit and share personal experiences that arise from their contrasting backgrounds, with Allium underneath them to hear it all.

Inkiivekovuru is 16'2" at the shoulder with a length of 32'5" from snout to tail tip. Inkiivekovuru is well muscled, allowing her to be swift and deft in land and water.

Inkiivekovuru prefers moist, damp environments like the ocean or swamp. However, they do enjoy travelling through many different environments as long as they are not as hot or difficult as the Fireswept Wastes.

Inkiivekovuru sought out to enjoy life the most she can. It's why she left her clan in the abyss at such a young age, to see, discover, and enjoy what the world has to offer.
It wasn't long till Inkiivekovuru was able to find land. It took less time for her to venture out, and it took way more for her to explore what the lands had to offer, from the swamps in the Ever-Greens to the Ice Flows of the Frosted Lands.
It was a trip to the Ever-Greens that changed her life for the better. Inkiivekovuru was exploring once more in the swamp, looking for a specific item to help her in her adventures when she encountered... a strange confrontation. Three linwurms, two Uvis and a Kah, stood in front of a bipedal creature who laughed maniacally as the Uvis laid solemnly on the ground. The Kah, looking frightened, began to murmur to the creature who then... spoke in such a deep, voice. Ancient, old? There was no time to ponder as it waved a talon toward the Uvis, spoke about rot, and then vanished in a pulsing sphere of shadows before it burst open and dissipated.
After that...she knew she had not seen all of what this world had to offer. Moraea gladly accepted her into Nivallis' Clan.

Relationships:
To Nivallis: Inkiivekovuru likes Nivallis' company, even if he freaks her out sometimes. She feels sad thinking about him, wondering what he was like before his incident. Despite that, she tries to make him feel better by talking to him and making him feel included.
To Moraea: Inkiivekovuru really likes Moarea and appreciates her greatly as a friend. She hangs out with Moraea whenever possible, but sometimes feels like she's overbearing.
To Crathex: Inkiivekovuru feels intimated by Crathex. She doesn't often talk with her, but most of the time figures she's just having a bad day!
To Allium: Inkiivekovuru dots on Allium. She had never seen a Linwurm like him, nor had she ever heard of one. The fact that one existed in a clan this interesting... it was too good to pass up. She talks with him often, shielding him from the sun as the two share stories of their experiences. When he falls asleep, she stays quiet.
To Vathlokreniik: Inkiivekovuru genuinely feels bad when she irritates Vathlokreniik, so she does her best to keep her talking to a minimum. She appreciates his company as much as she does Moraea's, and is happy that he made her feel so welcomed to the clan.

STR | 12 (+1) - Khizossoh's strength is decent enough thanks to his muscular frame and size as a Lin-Navi, though despite what he'll tell you, it isn't anything to brag about.
DEX | 13 (+1) - Khizossoh's fins and graceful movements allow him to move okay enough in water. This doesn't carry over on land too well, with Khizossoh's movements being sloppy, but brutal.
CON | 17 (+3) - Khizossoh's endurance is excellent. His determination and inflamed emotion only adds to his resilience, but it can be an issue.

Khizossoh likes wet areas, but he holds no preference. Forests feel too small and crowded, the ocean feels too deep and open, whereas mountains remind him too much of the Lin-Kah who raised him, and his mother who abandoned him.

Khizossoh and his sister, Hokzii, were conceived by Crathex and a Lin-Navi named Nadriik one day while Moraea and Nivallis left for a tour. As an egg, him and his sister were given to a Lin-Kah named the Great Guardian Ru to raise, since Crathex decided she was unable to raise them at the time. Growing up, he knew that his only flesh and blood was his sister, Hokzii. He's protective of her, even to this day, and was always the first to jump into altercations to protect her in their journey to reach maturity in the tough, dark grey mountains.
When Khizossoh and his sister reached maturity, the pair were kicked off the mountain by the Guardian. After some time, the two encountered their father who resided in a clan of his own. Hokzii was estatic, happy that she finally had a place to call her own. Khizossoh felt differently. Part of him still felt empty, as if he lacked something that made him complete.
Despite her insistence, Khizossoh didn't stay in his father's clan. He left in the early morning, hoping to pursue his mother.

To Crathex: At this point of the story, Khizossoh has not met Crathex. However, he feels a sense of determination to find her. He harbors some resentment towards Crathex, as he feels like she abandoned him and his sister.
