To be an October applicator.

I based it off of the stunning Lair of the Lich background and Lich decors.



"The lich is an undead creature found in the Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) fantasy role-playing game. Liches are spellcasters who seek to defy death by magical means. The term derives from lich, an archaic term for a corpse, which survives in the term lychgate."

With the background + Grace of the Lich + Lich Essence








As Lich are spellcasters, I suggest the applicator be called Touch of Lich, Lich Presence, or Lich Spell.

Alternatively, it could be an October breed only or combo base. (Although I'd heavily prefer it to be an applicator)

I think the Lich base would be best as a Black Medium Countershaded base (Same genetics as Arctic)
