What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
Recently i have run into a bit of a bug/glitch that i just now ran into again after having run into it before a few months back. Both times i would be exploring as i normally do, when i would click explore and it does the paws moving loading animation indefinately as if unable to load, i refresh the page and the page wont load, the blue loading line stays at the start and nothing happens or changes, both times it has occured i have clicked onto den or the events page hoping to budge it getting nowhere, every other page is loading fine. I ask everyone if the site is down or is it my wifi via other places and all tell me it is working fine for them. Both times i have cleared the cache of my phones internet app and that hasn't fixed the issue, usually it fixes itself after about 5-15+ mins although one day it took atleast maybe 30mins to an hour till it worked again if not longer. I am not particularly sure what caused it to happen both times

Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion?
N/A causes entire site to fail loading for a few minutes to a few hours. Only for you and only caused randomly whilst exploring.

It has happened to me twice so far and always randomly when i am exploring, i would click the explore button and the little loading paw walking animation would play non stop and wont load, refreshing the page causes the entire page/site to fail loading. Clearing the cache and restarting the page also fail to fix the issue. Instead you have to leave it for as long as it takes to decide to work again.
