What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?

I was asked in modbox to post this issue here in case it happens again. My issue was already resolved by the team!
Basically after accepting a stud request the game took away my 325 SB (stud price) instead of awarding me. After accepting another stud request a few minutes later, it worked perfectly - it was assumably an one-off occurence.

Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion?
