Really, really like this idea! I suggest a less saturated version with the darks lightened to the same level as onyx or ebony. Some people don’t like extreme blacks on bases, especially when it’s darker than the line work. It might get more support- you’ve got my support either way!

I love the idea! I happen to like the less saturated version better though, and I thing maybe blending out the colors a bit more would also help. I think the dark marks on the eyes and face are a bit too distinct for a base, and worry they’d muddle any face markings added. With a few small changes I can definitely see myself supporting!!
