--I want to preface that I do not expect these bases to be implemented in-game, nor do I expect that these bases will be popular and/or gain a lot of support. These are my first bases I have designed and I am putting them here to get constructive criticism so that I can create better bases in the future. Please be nice!-- Here are four bases I created based off of programming terms; Glitch, Debug, Virus and Troubleshoot! They are incredibly 'out there' and very unnatural looking, though that was sort of the effect I was going for. Here is Debug;  Here is Glitch;  Here is Troubleshoot;  And finally here is Virus;  I do not know much about how bases work nor do I know which category I would put each base in, in terms of genetics; these are just designs I made and that I liked and want input on! |

I love those bases! They're, like you said, probably not very useful in game, but they would be awesome April fools bases or something? Or if they replace an event and get like aliens, which would be cool but probably very ooc. Anyway, I love Debug especially, it reminds me a bit of those bioluminescent algae that you sometimes see videos of. And Glitch looks a lot like Pulsar, just more computer-y. Which I think is also kinda the point. Obviously your inspiration was computer and programming, which makes this very artificial. Which doesn't hinder LD from getting unnatural bases, like the aforementioned Pulsar or the event Green, but what your designs lack to be actual in game designs is the blending, I think? It looks a bit cubistic, while smoothing out the edges could look more 'natural'. I do love Virus, though, and could picture that already, somewhere between Chaos and Brimstone.  0 players like this post! Like? |

lmalia[ACA (#175534) - Thank you so much for your feedback! I dont have a lot of experience in photoshop and I admit the blending is very lacking; something I'll work on in future bases! I figured if any of those bases are included in the game, I imagine it would be an applicator gained from doing something such as reporting an amount of bugs to the devs, or even as you said, an april fools base. I'm glad you like them overall and I'll work on improving them in the future! :D 0 players like this post! Like? |

Not to be rude of anything but the only one I can see here getting added is virus? The first one relies a bit too much on effects and looks a little weird.. No support but the 'virus' base looks pretty cool so props to you 0 players like this post! Like? |
