So I, among many, love blue bases. I can't get enough of the glorious nadir and interstellar bases along with elysian and ice, but over time as blue bases have rolled out, I've noticed more blues leaning toward grey or white and I thought i'd make a darker blue base with lighter/greyer blues as an accent!
I introduce: the cobalt base!
2023 UPDATE: In order to more closely resemble rough cobalt, I darkened the blue, made it slightly less rich and added some purple hue to it!

For the eyes I didn't really use any sort of lioden eyes I just used a minty green or teal
Base Acquisition:
- Craft via new gem, Cobalt
- Combo Base: Elysian, Augur, Haruspex, Jet or Obsidian x Nadir, Blue Poinsettia, Arctic, Glacial or Snowflake
- Applicator available in December
