made a css themed around my next monarch, and i've got pretty much everything sorted except for the navbar and 'bookmark'/'show' tabs.

i've tried my best to poke around and try out different codes to change them, but i'm veryvery new to css and nothing seems to work, so, if anyone could lmk how to edit their 'active' appearance, it'd be much appreciated o/
