Decorating lions

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
All the decors I had equipped to my king were suddenly unequipped from him.

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
Yesterday, I kinged a new lion and decorated him.
I first equipped the following decors: Taurids, Triskelion, Ear Tufts [Onyx], Delicate Lavender Crown, Claw Extensions: Silver, Event Scar: Turbulent, Hyena Fur Collar [White], all of them using the decor equipper.
Then, after some time, I equipped a Blue Disa Orchid, directly from my hoard. Weirdly, it was the only one that was recorded on my user log.

Today, when I rolled over, he still had the decors equipped, but after a few hours, all of the decors were suddenly unequipped from him. He only kept his pose and the Lab test frog.
Most of the decors I used had full uses, and they all lost one use.
