If you're looking for an item but you are unsure to what event it belongs, you can find the item catalogue at the top right of the monkey business. According to that, the withered crown comes from the shaman shop. According to the wiki the shaman shop opens during the november event.

You can wait to november to get it OR buy it from an other player.

When it comes to decor, you're most likely to find the accurate price at the branches. You'llsee that there's only one for sale which costs 8 gb. There's one on the tc as well, that one is in a bulk decor sale so you could message them if they want to sell just the crown for a price you can afford.

If that doesn't work then you can always advertise on the forums and/or sales chat that you're looking to buy one.
