RP Rules
These are specific to this thread.
· All of Lioden's rules apply.
· 100 words [minimum] per character, per post.
· Minor gore and swearing allowed, don't go overboard.
· "Fades to black" is to be applied in certain situations.
· Allow two people to post before you post again. If two people do not answer within 24 hours, you may post again.
· Do not god-mod, control other characters, or create unrealistic characters/circumstances. Once a character dies, it cannot come back.
· One post per week is needed or your character(s) will be marked "inactive." If you do not reply for two weeks your character(s) will die, unless you post in OOC that you will be missing.

Background
A group of canines, spanning generations. They have a hierarchy, crafted weapons, trading system, and have built their own settlements. Living in huts made from pelts and wood. Fishing with woven nets, hunting with primitive spears, and growing their own livestock. Building an entire community, nestled in the foothills of a great mountain. But what if all of that is lost in a matter of months?

A great pandemic washed over the pack's lands. A lyssavirus, once called "rabies" by their ancestors. Unprepared for the onslaught, many were lost in it's wake. Dogs attacking their own kin, and families torn apart by the vicious virus. It crept into their livestock, eventually to the native wildlife, and decimated entire packs. The leaders were at a loss on what to do, going as far as banishing or culling those who had been bitten. Their efforts were all in vain, and they too were soon to fall victim.

Comox Lemolo, or the 'Lemolo Pack' was one of many groups affected by this plague. Luckily, they were quick in their actions and left the area while they still could. Not without their own losses, of course. Much of the pack fell victim to the virus before they could act, and without a permanent home the rest of their lives hang in the balance. Now facing the dangers of the wilds and the ever-present virus nipping at their hills, they must travel to new lands in search of life, comfort, and shelter.
