What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
Took a quest from Aiatar to "Collect 10 Demonic Scales". Been exploring for awhile and have gathered a few (user log confirms). Went to check on my progress and see that the counter is still at 0/10 Demonic Scales.

Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion?

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
Take a quest, get Collect 10 Demonic Scales quest, get some scales from explore, see no progress on quest page.
I think I've pinned it down to the "You have found a sizzling Demonic Scale lying on the ground!" encounters. Scales are awarded, however they aren't counting towards the quest.
