What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
The decors on my king's portrait are reversed. It started happening after I removed a tiger's eye from my previous king. As soon as I did it, the adolescent version of the decors remained. Now with my new king, the adult versions show up but are reversed.

I submitted this to the art bugs board but haven't received a single reply and this bug has been going on for over two weeks.

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
I removed a tiger's eye on my previous king, which made his portrait have the reversed adol versions of the face decors. My new king now has the same problem, but his decors are the adult versions. It makes the portraits look wonky.
