Hello! I’m currently looking for six other people to join me in a small-scale literate group roleplay hosted on Discord, which I hope will be a ton of fun! Before you go any further, here’s the basic plot. Keep in mind that this is fluid, and some of the ideas or terms may change as people join and offer ideas!

PROSPER— a highly awaited virtual reality video game, developed by the extremely talented team working at Alphacore. Packed with dynamic storytelling, breathtaking CGI, an enormous map, and so much more, rumors fly every which way that Prosper is set to take the world by storm, and perhaps even set an entirely new standard for gaming as we know it. It’s almost ready to be launched to the general public, and there’s only one thing left to do: prepare one final beta test. Eight players from across the globe are hand-chosen for the daunting task to assemble a party, for the team at Alphacore believes that professional beta testers will not see the true magic of the game like casual players will. It’s an all-expenses-paid trip to Sacramento, California, where the players are simply expected to spend about a month working through the game to defeat the final boss. Simple, right? Unfortunately, not everyone working on Prosper sees the game as just a game. The eight players become trapped inside of Prosper, and realize that if they want to save both worlds from destruction, they’ll have to work together to beat the final boss before Alphacore’s head programmer can change the fate of the world as they know it.

Still interested? Awesome! Here’s the basic expectations for the roleplayers.

1) Literate level of roleplay. That means a reasonable chunk of paragraph per response, and little to no grammatical errors.
2) Reasonably active. 1-2 posts per day is ideal, but I understand being busy or unmotivated! We just need to be kept in the loop.
3) Willing to be active outside of roleplay. This means coming up with plot ideas together, hanging out with us, and just generally not being a soulless robot. It’s not an obligation or anything, but roleplaying with someone who doesn’t really speak outside of responses to posts can be kind of weird.
