What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
On the Event page, in the description for the November event, the text says "Alongside, you can gather a lot of herbs in Explore you don't need for quests." (bold mine)

Except, you do need them for quests. The "don't" shouldn't be there.
