With the addition of the Hoarfrost base and its Wet Season + Night Time limitations (this goes for Cloudburst and Mukombero breeding as well, although I think the latter already has a warning?), I’ve encountered a dilemma when trying to breed the base. It’s one thing to mess up with my own lions, which sucks, but at least it doesn’t affect anyone but myself.

What I would like to see is a feature that lets the person sending the stud request check a little box where they can select when the lioness can be bred (wet/dry season, day/night), to ensure that people don’t feel scammed/cheated if the stud owner is negligent or ignorant.

This suggestion has 43 supports and 2 NO supports.

I think this is a really viable addition considering that there's so many requirements for combo or special bases nowadays. It would make sense to check a box, for the requirements you want, and it only becomes available to the stud when fits the requirements.

The only draw-back I see is that it could take longer to fulfill the request. It would probably result in many cancelled/ignored requests due to time zones or log-in times not matching the necessary requirements. People would possibly still end up either losing the heat waiting, or have to Stud race which most people don't appreciate.

I totally agree with you, and it’s something that’s definitely worth considering, but the way I see it, it’s better to lose a heat (which can be brought back with the use of a zebra heart if need be, or prolonged with a baobab fruit if you have one on hand) than the possibility of more expensive breeding items like Buffy/lion scrotums, ochre saltlicks and gnaws etc going to waste on a fudged breeding.

I know which one I’d pick, that’s for sure.

Oh yeah 100%. I just didn't want to ignore the fact that it could results in plentiful stud racing in the combo base breeders. I still completely support this idea. I just hope people will be careful enough to watch what they're doing. I can already see the "I forgot to click this" or "I clicked the wrong one" messages coming in AFTER the female has already bred lol.

If they checked the wrong box then it's their fault. I fully support this because you remember about your own important lionesses but it can be hard to keep track of someone else's. And I sometimes breed my combo factor lionesses not for combo so how the owner of the stud is supposed to know that? Maybe he'll get all stressed. I usually add notes but with box checking it would be less tidious.
