Rubbie’s Dreamscape is a game involving the interactive species Rubbies. This is a closed species owned by Ghostroar (#223246) and Vuek (#15372). Rubbies can be obtained through sales posted here, and may not be made freely.

How Does it Work?

To participate in Rubbie’s Dreamscape, you must first own a Rubbie. Rubbies can be bought from the sales thread and will go up for sale for Silver Beetles, Gold Beetles, and USD.

Once you own your own Rubbie you can play the game! For now Rubbie’s Dreamscape focuses on Exploration and Breeding. Look below in their respective thread posts for more information!

Besides playing the game, what you do with your Rubbie is all up to you! Feel free to develop their personalities, roleplay them with other members, and draw them!

Lore and Anatomy

Rubbies are a caribou-like species with puppy dog paws. Their antlers are made of light and float above their heads, glowing with a calming aura. Although they are small in stature, they contain powerful magic that allows them to complete their purpose - guiding dreams.

Rubbies are highly intelligent creatures. They can speak, live in homes, and form communities. Rubbies have unique and distinct personalities, learn and grow, and have many interests beyond their duties.

Rubbies take pride in their purpose. Dreams that take form in their realm are drawn to the light of a Rubbie’s antlers, looking much like fireflies shimmering around them. When Rubbie’s attract a dream, they will cross from their realm into the world of reality to guide the dream to its destination. Nothing makes a Rubbie happier than a successful delivery!

Mutations

Some Rubbies can take on a slightly different appearance than normal - these traits are called mutations. While some Rubbies are born with these quirks, others obtain them through other means... Keep an eye out for Rubbies with these appearances in sales!

- Floppy or long ears
- Horse tails
- Fangs
- Wings
- And more...
