The link you're using isn't working, that seems to be root of the problem
I think that's actually an issue with imgur, try uploading via some other page like e.g. ImgBB

You need to choose the full HTML link from a drop down menu once your image is uploaded on imgBB

You keep using the link that leads to the page hosting it, not the image itself

When the image is uploaded to imgur it only gives you the link the the page hosting the image, you need to right click on the image and the "copy image adress" or anything similar to that, then you paste the link into the HTML code I've posted back at the top of the comments

EDIT: since the image you uploaded to imgur is huge I've downsized it using "width" option the HTML code. I would suggest cropping the images before upload. If you're using a computer with windows shortcut to just screenshot a part of your screen is win key + shift + S
or if you're on linux shortcut is shift + print screen
