Basically this would be an item that lets you reroll current mark applicators. For example, if someone were to purchase Windfall marks, you get a random chance. Though, for most people this is a pain because if they get the wrong mark they weren't hoping for, they would most likely have to seek the same marking applicator out, and pay the amount again (for e.g Windfall Marks go for 40 GB.) Which is really tough, and they don't even know if they were to buy it again, if they'll end up with the same marks again.

The dice (item) would allow you to reroll those marks, giving you extra chances. Maybe the dice being 1-5 GB? Anywhere between, the user will buy the dice, reroll that mark, and see if they end up with what they want. Instead of having to scout for that same applicator and pay 3x the amount (sometimes, you can't even find that same app.)
