I was inspired to do this by close-ups of blood cells, for some reason. I think it would be dark red, with small splotches of lighter red and one or two large splotches of white. If you can't tell, the lighter red is the red blood cells, and the white is the white blood cells! So, not to gory in detail, but an interesting idea!
