What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
I bought a primal mutation lioness a few days ago at the Trading Center. She had 100% Goddess Fertility so I decided to make her my main "Queen" which I immediately put in her bio because I like jotting down little details like that.

Yesterday the following changes were made to my lioness:
- Changed opacity of Noctis Inverted Zebra to 100%
- Added Noctis Points
- Added Noctis Cheetah Heavy
- Added Shiny Rock Right Earring Piercing [Orange]
- Added Meerkat Skull Necklace
- She had just turned 5 years old

After these changes, I noticed her fertility had dropped to Low (51%).
This lioness turned 5 years old yesterday and has not had any fertility items used on her.

I received no error messages or anything to alert me of the drop.
