No support, unless inbreeding would cause a very specific lethal mutation. If inbreeding made all lethals more common, I feel like it could easily be abused and crash the lethal market. With VLFs, it takes a lot of energy or else money (black stallion) to get them pregnant, and it balances out with the slight chance for muties. But with inbreeding, people could have a line of very inbred goddess fertility lionesses who could pop out lethals somewhat often. While this would make dirty lions more popular, I don't think it'd be worth the damage to the lethal market.

Lethals are supposed to be rare and expensive, and having inbreeding be "penalized" may make things hard for some breeders. No support from me, it'll ruin the market.
