Gifting/Transferring

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
Whenever I pull up the transfer page to send an item, it gives me a message in a pale yellow box that says "Are you sure to want to transfer the following items to ____" but cuts off there. The rest of the page is blank, I have tried refreshing, restarting the computer, closing the tab, etc.

Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion?

I'm not sure. I went to send a gift to another user from a gifting thread, went to click confirm, and just as the white pop-up at the top was about to show up for confirmation the screen refreshed and I have been getting the yellow error since.
